instantly and have something tasty. You can cook it instantly Come, let us start the cooking To make the curd rice, we
are using a cup of rice We washed and soaked in
the water for 20 minutes We won’t use Basamati rice to cook it We will use the soft rice which is
usually used to make the Khichdi Add it in the cooker to cook We have to cook the rice soft We will add 2.5 cups of water to it Usually we add 2 cups of
water while cooking it. because we want to make them bloomed Close the lid of cooker Cook rice until the first whistle blows The whistle has blown Turn the flame to low Cook it for more 2 minutes on low flame 2 minutes have passed Switch off the flame Wait until the pressure
from cooker releases Its pressure has released The rice has become soft They have become soft Let them cool down We are using 2 cups of
curd, it is fresh curd Do not use the sour curd It is homemade curd, the fresh curd. You can watch its recipe on my channel Add a teaspoon of salt to it Now, mix them well Dissolve all the lumps while
stirring it as shown The curd and rice has mixed Preheat the tempering pan Add 2 tablespoons of oil in it Let the oil heat Turn the flame to low Add a 1/2 teaspoon of mustard
seeds to the heated oil Add a 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds to it Add a teaspoon of split
chickpeas to it Add a teaspoon of Urad Lentils Saute the lentils until they become brown The lentils has become
brown, they have roasted Now, we will 2 to 3 chopped
green chillies to it We chopped them into the
larger sized pieces so that they won’t taste spicier but, those who have it
spicy they can eat it These are 3 dry red chillies It will help to enhance the taste of rice Saute them Now, add 10-12 curry leaves to it The tempering has cooked Spread tempering over the rice Now, we will mix it The curd rice is ready to be served It is tastier to eat and easier to cook instantly You don’t have to worry
about anything at all. You just have to cook the soft rice Use only fresh curd for it Add the tempering and curd

  10. Nishaji, I am a newbie in the area of pulses and beans. It would be nice if you could make a dedicated video informing us how to soak them, how much to soak them (individually each one's soaking time duration) and how to sprout them properly (time duration and do's and don'ts) and their boiling time duration (for cooking). I do not use pressure cooker. So please help. I believe there are many who want to know about it. All the pulses and beans in one video.

  11. Thanknyou nisha ji, very nice recipe but whenever I made curd rice, the chana dal and urad dal remain very hard. I tried several times frying them less or more but no luck. Kindly give some directions.
