Hello Friends Welcome to Annai Samayal Channel Today we are going to make Masala Rice and SoyaChunks Potato Gravy Lets Prepare Masala Rice Oil as Needed in a Pressure cooker Cinnamon – 2 Clove – 2 Cardamom – 1 You may also use green cardamom Javitri – 1 Bay leaf – 2 Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp Peppercorns – 1/4 Tsp Onion – 1 Saute well for One Minute Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp Tomato – 1 Salt as Needed Saute well Carrot – 1/4 Cup Beans – 1/4 Cup Peas – 1/4 Cup Cauliflower – 1/4 Cup You may also add the Vegetables as per your choice Saute well for One minute Chilli Powder – 2 Tsp Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp Garam Masala – 1 Tsp Saute well for One Minute Water – 2 Cup Basmati Rice – 1 Cup Soaked for Twenty Minutes Coriander leaves Close the Cooker and Cook it for Two Whistles After Two Whistles, Open the Pressure Cooker Stir Slowly without Breaking the Rice Now the Masala Rice is Ready and Lets Prepare Soya Chunks Potato Gravy Oil as Needed in the Pan Cinnamon – 2 Cloves – 2 Fennel Seeds – 1 Tsp Onion – 2 Saute well Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tsp Grind Two Tomatoes in a Mixer Grinder and Add it. Salt as Needed Saute well for One Minute Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp Chilli Powder – 2 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp Saute well for One Minute Add Water – 2 Cup Keep it in low flame for Two minutes Soak the Soya Chunks for 15 Minutes. Wash it in Cold water for Two Times and Squeeze it .
