I’m going to eat steamed giant oyster today! It’s 10kg in total! It’s much more firm in texture and buttery than normal oyster! This is how I prepared them for the shooting..

*Chojang: Sweet, tangy and spicy dipping sauce based on red chili paste. This is amazing!!! I’ll try it with Chojang only. The essence of it is gone… It’s very buttery!!! This one looks amazing.. Too salty.. It was too salty this time! This can’t go missing.. Let me take a shot.. It was Sprite in fact. I acted as if I’m drinking some liquor. Four at once! The texture is unbelievable.. I had only four in my mouth and it was mouthful! One more shot.. I took out the entire oyster from the adductor muscle! Editor : Some people might think you’re drinking Soju (Korean rice liquor)..
