Today I brought Kyoho grapes and Excellents. Kyoho grapes are bigger than muscats and the flesh is very sweet and has strong scent of ‘grapes’. Their sugar content is so high that the texture is a little bit sticky, but they are soft and the scent is twice as strong as normal muscats. Round and sparkly shiny kyoho grapes are always yummy but this time I tried them with ice cream called Excellent. Excellents are ice cream from my childhood memory, they are vanilla ice cream separately packed in gold sheets and has luxurious look. No food coloring in them, and very soft and milky tasting, I had them with kyoho grapes and the taste was really nice even though the looks are not so good. Soft vanilla ice cream has melted a little bit and became like a milk frappe, and having kyoho grapes together with it tasted like a grape milk and had strong scent of grapes and was sweet. Excellent, ice cream from the memories, which has been a long time since it had released on the market! I recommend you this with kyoho grapes because they go well with fruits.
