Today, I prepared fresh abalone and beer.
Abalone is commonly called treasure of the sea. It’s an amazing food full of vitamins and minerals. It has a great taste and high nutrition, so just by cooking with abalones, it becomes luxury food. Chewing the crunchy texture of sliced raw abalone is very delicious. If you eat a really fresh abalone, you feel like you eat the sea and i think it is because there is a unique smell of abalone. Freshness of sliced raw abalone is the most important thing. Fresh abalone is cleaned throughly with scrubbers or brush then cut out the abalone completely from its shell and improve its texture by removing the tooth part. In order to eat conveniently, deshelled abalone is sliced with knife, dip in vinegar sauce and eat a mouthful. It is very delicious. The beer is so tasty and cool. Snack is also perfect.
I really like the abalone due to the smell of the sea in mouthful. It is effect for diet due to low calorie and low fat and for supplementation due to abundant inorgarnics.
It is really amazing the combination with cool beer and fresh abalones.
