Today, I prepared Oven Homerun Balls and S’more Dip.
I’m a big fan of Homerunballs. These days, people say they taste much better if cooked with an air fryer or oven, so I gave it a try.
Becasue they are my favorite snacks, I was really curious what kind of flavor would be added.
The golden time is said to be 3 minutes under 180 Celcius. The color turned a little deep yellow and the house was filled with the smell of butter. With one bite, I felt the surface was very crispy and the chololcate inside was warm.
I was worried that the chololate might be melted, but it just hit the spot at the moderately warm condition. I think original Homerun Balls are good enough to eat as they are,
but the crispy texture was a plus whey they were cooked in the oven for only 3-4 minutes.
I would like to recommend it. S’more Dip is made by transforming s’more, the representative camping snacks.
It is also sold as one of desserts at cafes nowadays. If you have this clotty, cute s’more dip together with ice cream, it tastes a lot better, people say.
Expecially, it goes well with the chocolate flavor. So I tried it with Homrun Balls and, as we may already know, it was the best match ever.
The sweet flavor was a bit strong, but it made me feel better and the soft texture was so good. As a supplementary sweet dessert, Smore-Dip was good enough to recommend.I was told that it is delicious to eat on a cracker, so I have to try it with a cracker next time. Homerunball and Smore- Dip are highly recommended for people big on sweets.
