    이 초콜릿은 2가지 재료로 만들어 간단하지만 맛있는 디저트 인 것 같아요~

    저는 연유와 코코아파우더 비율을 4:1, 2:1로 다르게해 만들었는데 4:1 비율로 만든 초콜릿은 확실히 쫀득하면서도 부드러운 느낌이고

    2:1 비율로 만든 초콜릿은 진한 맛과 꾸떡한 느낌이 나더라구요~^^

    모양도 다르게 했더니 만드는 재미도 있고 2가지가 섞여 있으면 더 예쁜 것 같아요~

    만들고 하루 실온에 보관해도 식감은 그대로더라구요~

  3. Here in Brazil one could call this condensed milk chocolate truffles "Brigadeiro" 🙂
    But we usually add butter to the condensed milk and chocolate and aim for a very smooth texture while cooking.

  4. In Brazil that’s called Brigadeiro. It’s a very popular candy. The only difference is that we use a bit less cocoa powder, put the mixture in a pot and heat it until it gets sticky. Then we make little balls and cover them with chocolate sprinkles. It’s heavenly ❤️

    This isn’t brigadeiro.
    Brigadeiro has less, much less cocoa powder. It’s only 2 tbsp for 395g of condensed milk.
    Sometimes not even cocoa, some people use chocolate powder.
    It’s added butter and then cooked.
    Different flavor, different texture!

    Here is the brigadeiro recipe

    1 tablespoon butter
    14 oz sweetened condensed milk (395 g)
    ¼ cup cocoa powder (30 g)
    1 cup chocolate sprinkle, as needed (160 g)

    In a pot over low heat, melt the butter, condensed milk, and cocoa powder, stirring continuously until you can see the bottom of the pot for 2-3 seconds when dragging a spatula through.
    Pour onto a greased plate, then chill for 1 hour.
    Shape and roll the chilled mixture into balls.
    Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles.

  6. Not a brigadeiro like ppl are saying in the comments. These truffles are really nice and must have a very intense chocolate flavor, they make it in the video like it's type of a mochi type of dessert with that the cocoa. Brazilian brigadeiro are made with the same ingredients, sometimes ppl add butter/margerine or not. The act of cooking the sweetened condensed milk till it pulls away from the bottom of the pan to a thick blob consistency, let cool and roll into firm but soft truffle balls is mostly know in brazil as "brigadeiro". Since Sweetened condensed milk is already made by heating sugar + milk till it thickens, making brigadeiro is just cooking the consented milk even more to become thicker and good to mold it as truffle. The principle with caramel, the hotter you go with it, the harder it gets when cooled.

  9. I love how it says "condensed milk" … it's actually "sweetened condensed milk". ..if you use regular condensed milk it will not turn out right. .

  16. This is called "brigadeiro" here in Brazil. Is a very traditional dessert, and you can make only with condenses milk (called "white brigadeiro").
    Some people add 1 tbs of butter to get more shiny.

    Do you know the brazilian recipe, namely 'Brigadeiro'?
    If you cook this condensed mild with cocoa powder (3 tablespoons) and onetablespoon of butter, you have our famous recipe, brigadeiro! I want to try your recipe, it looks like a raw brigadeiro! I like it!

  19. Is it Brazilian brigadeiro? I believe you dont know our recipe, and i think you would like it. You must cook the condensed mil with the cocoa powder in low heat and you dont need so much cocoa, I think it could became bitter, and add half spoon of butter. Cook until it gets thicker. Put in a flat plate to cool it down. After that, make little balls and put in cocoa powder or other stuf. To make it even richer, uou can add some heavy cream in the recipe and eat with a spoon. It's addicted!
