Hello Friends,Welcome to the Masala Kitchen Today we are going to make Eggless Sponge Big Cake at home It is very tasty,easy and beautiful This cake needs few ingredients which are usually available in our kitchen 1 litre of milk is required Pour 1litre of milk in any utensil for boiling.. Boil the milk till it turns to half of its initial quantity Add 200 grams Sugar in the boiling milk You can see now it turns half of its initial quantity Now turn off the flame Add 50 grams of Refined Oil because refined oil has no flavour You can use any oil which has no flavour By using Refined Oil Cake will remain soft and moist Now keep the boiled milk for sometime till it cools Now the Milk is ready to use Lets start the process If you have OTG then use OTG for baking cake at 180 degree for 45 mins Or else if you have Microwave then also it will be baked at 180 degree for 45 mins But I am neither using OTG nor using Microwave and not even using Cooker I am going to make the Big cake in the Handvo Maker, it looks like this If you don’t have this then you can make cake in any utensil you have But I am going to make in it You can see Handvo Maker has a lid like this And with the Handvo Maker there is a small utensil like this in which we put some sand or salt and directly we keep it on the flame After putting it on the flame cover the small utensil with a plate of its size like this Then keep the Handvo Maker on it If You don’t have the Handvo Maker then you can use any utensil similar to this or you can use Idli Maker as well So firstly I am going to pre-heat it then only our cake can be cooked on it Turn on the stove then put the utensil filled by the salt on it and cover it by the plate of its size Heat it for sometime Now grease the Handvo Maker by oil properly like this Because there is a hole inside due to which we can’t use Butter paper so we grease the oil properly Now take some White Flour and spread it like this all around You can see now our mould is ready now Cover the hole by the Silver Foil like this Here is the mixture, now take 250 grams of White Flour Add 1/2 tea spoon Baking soda and 2 tea spoon Baking Powder in the White Flour Now add all these in the mixture like this Only 4 ingredients are used like Milk, White Flour,Sugar and oil commonly used in the kitchen Mix it properly so that there should not be any lumps Now add 1/2 tea spoon Vanilla essence You can see the Mould is ready now, Put the mixture in the mould like this The small utensil is pre-heated now properly,turn the flame slow Then put the Mould on it and cover it like this for 30 mins If you want to decorate it by Dry fruits or by colourful cherries then decorate it after 20 mins 20-25 mins are over,now add the Dry fruits or cherries like this It looks so beautiful , its upper part is white and the lower part is completely baked Now 40 mins are over, it looks ready now but I am going to check it like this You can see the cake is not sticked on the stick, it means it is properly cooked and ready Now turn off the flame and we will take it out from the mould after 2-3 mins You can see our cake is ready Take out the cake like this It looks very beautiful,soft and big Remove the Silver Foil and our Cake is ready Now Cut the cake like this beautifully and it is very tasty and spongy You can see it is very soft and ready to serve If you liked my video then plz share and subscribe my channel

  8. mam kya mai niche Balu deke,jaise apne bataya,usi tarha direct pressure cooker mein mishran ko daal ke bana sakte hain,agar nahi to kya hum pressure cooker mein stand ke upar bartan chadake usme mishran daal ke bana sakte hain,plz details mei bataiye

  12. 1.Reducing milk is a v time taking n tiring process.😣
    2.Handvo maker is nt available n in any other utensil it doesn't go well

  13. Mam i made during ganpati..but it was a major letdown..no sponge at all..it was time taking but no one liked it.I followed instructions very carefully
