Tiffin box recipes for kids Kids are gonna like this and

notification Let’s make Oats Pancake first Put oats in a mixer grinder and
grind it to make fine powder Transfer Oats powder in a mixing
bowl. Add semolina, water and mix it
well. keep aside the batter for
10 minutes. After 10 minutes uncover the
batter and you will see the
batter has become thick. Now add finely chopped
vegetables Add water as required, mix it
well and make medium thick
batter. Pour 2-3 tbsp of oats batter
onto pan and spread evenly with
the help of spoon in circular
motion. Drizzle little oil all around
and let it cook for 2 minutes. Cook form both the sides till
brown spots appear. Take out the oats chilla from
the pan and make all the chilla
in the same way. Oats Chilla is ready. Let’s make 2nd recipe now veg
suji idli In a mixing bowl add semolina,
salt, yogurt and make thick
batter by adding water. Cover the batter and leave it
for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes uncover and add
water to make medium thick
batter. Now take a big heavy bottom pan,
add 1 glass of water and bring
it to boil. Before adding eno take idli
mouls and grease it with oil.
Keep aside. Lastly add ½ tsp of eno and mix
it well. Immediately after mixing pour
the batter in greased mould with
the help of spoon Fill all the mould with batter. Now arrange all the moulds in
stand and keep the idli stand in
hot boiling water. Cover the lid and let the batter
steam for 3-4 minutes on medium
flame. Once done take out from the pan
and let it rest for a minute. Remove steamed idli with spoon.
Keep aside Heat oil in a pan, once oil gets
heated add mustard seeds and let
it splutter. Add all vegetables and sauté for
2-3 minutes on medium high flame Do not make the veggies soft,
let it be crunchy. Now add spring onions and mix it
well. Add steamed idli, salt, black
pepper, red chilly powder,
coriander leaves, lemon juice mix it well till all the spices
gets blended well. Vegetable Idli is ready to
serve. Let’s make now 3rd recipe
vegetable Chena
Sandwich In a mixing bowl add
chena/crumbled paneer, cucumber,
carrot, capsicum red bell pepper, yellow bell
pepper, coriander leaves,
oregano, black pepper, salt and mix it
well. Stuffing is ready. Take 2 slices of brown bread and
spread green chutney on one side
of both the breads Place stuffing on one bread and
cover with another slice. Apply butter on top and to cook
the sandwich heat pan on medium
flame. Once pan gets heated put the
butter side bread onto the pan let it cook for 2 minutes on
medium low flame. After 2 minutes flip it over and
cook from other side too. Once both the sides get golden
brown and crisp take out from
the pan. Cut into slices and serve. Now the 4th recipe veg Pulao Heat oil in a pan, once the oil
gets heated add cumin seeds,
mustard seeds and let it
crackle.. Now add curry leaves, ginger and
sauté for few seconds. Add onions and sauté for a
minute or till it becomes
translucent. Add all vegetables and sauté for
2 minutes on medium flame. Add soaked rice nad sauté for a
minute. Add salt, red chilly powder, 1
cup of water and mix it well. Cover the lid and let the rice
cook on medium low flame for 10
minutes. After 10 minutes uncover the lid
and you will see that all the
water gets evaporated. Lastly add lemon juice, spring
onions, coriander leaves and
stir it gently so that rice does
not get break. Vegetable pulao is ready. Let’s make 5th recipe now Soya
Bean Paratha Put soya granules in hot boiling
water and let it soak for 10
minutes. After 10 minutes you will the
soya granules has become soft,
squeeze all the water and keep
aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it
crackle. Add chopped onion and sauté for
a minute or till it becomes
soft. Add ginger, green chilly and
sauté for few seconds. Add soya granules, red chilly
powder, mango powder, salt,
coriander leaves and mix it
well. Soya stuffing is ready. In a wide bowl add wheat flour,
salt and mix it well. Gradually add water and make
soft and smooth dough. Divide the dough into 4 equal
portions and roll it in your
palms. Take one portion of the dough,
coat with dry wheat flour and
roll it like small puri. Spread little oil all over the
rolled puri place spoonful of stuffing and
seal the edges tightly. Coat it again with dry wheat
flour and roll it. Heat the pan, once the pan gets
heated place one rolled paratha let it cook from downwards on
medium flame. apply oil all over the paratha
and let it cook from downwards
for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes flip it over,
apply oil and cook paratha from
both the sides till brown spots
appear. Soyabean Paratha is ready. Let’s make 6th recipe vermicelli
