Hi, come on in, have a seat and we will
get started on these stuffed pork chops. The airfryer that I am using is a cook’s
essentials 5.3 quart. This is a pretty easy recipe .So let’s go ahead and get started. So for
the stuffing for our pork chops I’m just going to use a box cornbread stuffing Air fryer vs Deep fryer
mix and I’m going to doctor it up a little bit. This is what I’m using. I’m
just going to let this saute until the onions and celery get soft.
I’m going to add a little bit of poultry seasoning to this. So I’m just gonna
saute these up until they go nice and soft. I’m gonna go ahead and follow the
directions on the back of the box of our stuffing. I have a couple of bone-in pork
chops and these are huge! Okay, so I got one of these already cut open so we
can stuff it. I did the best I could. There is a big bone in the middle. I’m gonna
go ahead and do this other one. This one’s easier because there’s no
bone in the middle. I went as deep as I could without
going all the way through. Okay so now we are ready to stuff these. I have some of
our cornbread stuffing here and some toothpicks.
I’m going to attempt to start out by using a spoon. But more than likely I’m
probably going to end up using my hands. So basically I’m just going to stuff
this full of our stuffing. Okay now once we got this stuffed I’m gonna need to put
a toothpick in here to keep it all from coming out as we cook it. So now I’m just
going to go ahead and take a toothpick and seal this up. I’m gonna have to go
through like this I think since these are so thick. I’m going to go ahead and put another one over here, like so. Okay this one’s done. I’m going
to go ahead and stuff this other one real quick. We’re ready to add our seasoning. I just
have some pepper, garlic powder, salt and some paprika in there.
I’m just going to go ahead and season both sides. I think we’re gonna start off on 370
degrees for 20 minutes. I’m going to check halfway through. Okay we are 15
minutes in on the first side. I’m going to go ahead and flip these over. I’m just going to let it go for the
remaining five minutes and then I will check the temp. Okay our five minutes is
up on the other side. I’m going to go ahead and take a temp on these
real quick. We got a ways to go. This is kind of actually surprising me a
little bit here. What I’m going to do, I’m bumping up the tip now to 400
degrees. I set ten more minutes to the timer. I’m going to go five minutes on the best air fryer
this side, flip it and do five minutes on the other side and then I’ll take
another temp. Okay you know what was wrong? I had this on Celsius and I’m thinking
“what it’s only fifty degrees what the heck’s going on” Well I’m an airhead. Okay
this is all messed up now. I did cut(laugh) I did cut some off for my thumbnail so you
can see the stuffing and I went to cut some to take a bite and I didn’t have my
camera on.So it’s a little messed up. That is delicious.
it’s tender, juicy and the stuffing is delicious.
I love stuffing. Yummy, yummy in my tummy. Okay that was pretty easy wasn’t it?
