get asked the question about apple cider vinegar. Let me just show you a
video of how we do it here in the Mr. XL Smith fitness dungeon. Ok folks, so if you want to
make an IMPACT in your life, I like to start off with a nice gallon of distilled or purified water. That’s the first thing you want to do. Ok, moving on to the INSPIRE level. you want to make sure you got Bragg’s. Pour yourself about
two teaspoons in there, in about eight ounces and drink up. (sighs) Now if you can build yourself up to three times a day doing that, you’ll be well on your way
