Assalamualaikum everyone today i am going to make Arabian rice its very light dish for this recipe you need boiled rice, i already boiled them in a water and salt and drain them thin stips of chicken breast salt black pepper powder mustard paste or powder Ketchup worcestershire sauce my homemade ginger and garlic paste finely chopped onions my homemade garam masala cloves bullet green chillies, make in two pieces raisins yellow food colour little oil and lets start it for the marination of chicken we add salt black pepper powder mustard paste if you don’t have it you can you it’s powder add catchup worcestershire sauce ginger and garlic paste mix it well, cover it and leave it for a half an hour heat the oil and add onion on the high flame soft them and don’t make them brown add marinated chicken cook on the medium heat until the chicken’s water get dried chicken is done already, you can see the gravy add green chillies mix it if you are making for kids, deseed the chillies but these chillies are not too hot and very good in taste add boiled rice and mix it well add cloves add garam masala mix it and add raisins add food colour, i add a little water in it cover it and simmer it for five minutes and dish out it here are your Arabian Rice, try it , its very light and delicious dish for full written recipe in english please visit my website let me know how it was and thanks for watching the video


  1. Check your Pakistani grocery sections where u find ketchup vinegar kind of stuff. Everything is available in Pakistan. Shangrilla and key brand are the usual brands for this sauce

  2. Just a suggestion. Lightly fry the kishmish / raisins in 1 tablespoon of butter or oil before adding. They will plump up and give a very nice taste to this dish. My mother makes this a lot.

  3. The Arabian rice I've eaten at some places were so bland but your's seem very much flavoured…have u modified the recipe or is this authentic recipe for Arabian rice?

    I learned alot from you and tried almost all of your recipes. Afghani rice, kachories,  and kalaji are my fav. recipes so far.
    I tried Arabian rice too but some how this one doesn't turn out very well.

    Keep up the good work and we will be waiting for something new from you.
