Today we will see how to prepare rice in brass vessel. This rice is made in brass vessel. This is brass plate. This is brass vessel. We cook any food item in mud vessel, 100% of micro nutrients retained in the cooked food and absorbed by our body. In Bronze vessel 97% of micro nutrients and in Brass vessel 95% of micro nutrients retained in the cooked food and absorbed by our body. In Aluminium vessels only 7% of micro nutrients retained in the cooked food and absorbed by our body. Covering plate should be equal or somewhat less to size of the vessel. If it is bigger in size, it is difficult to filter starch water. Take 1 cup of Boiled Rice. This will be sufficient for 2 or 3 members. I am using boiled rice for the past 10 years since it is good for health. Add rice to Brass Vessel. Wash with water for 2 times and drain. Add 7 cups of water to it. Cover it and allow it to soak for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, turn on flame and keep the vessel on it & allow it to cook in high flame. We will see that water will be boiled within 10 minutes and adjust the plate like this & keep it in medium flame. It is difficult to maintain mud vessel safely, so I am using Brass Vessel for cooking. I am using Brass Vessel for cooking rice since 2 years. Fibre, Calcium, Potassium and Vitamin B6 are abundantly available in Boiled Rice than White Rice. Boiled Rice controls blood sugar levels and keeps heart healthy. Cover with lid and allow it to heat. Copper and Zinc are available in Brass. Cooking in Brass Vessel helps in getting Copper and Zinc to our body. Rice is 50% cooked now. Allow it to cook for some more time. Now rice is cooked. The complete process takes about 1/2 an hour. Turn off flame and cover with plate. For collecting starch water from rice, we will take one vessel equal or smaller than the Brass Vessel like this. We will filter the starch water like this. Hold and adjust the napkin tightly. After 10 minutes we will take that brass vessel. We will see the rice like this. Transfer it into serving bowl.
