tadka is everyone’s favorite recipe and u always dream to cook it with the same taste as u ate in restaurant ot hote take iron frying pan 4 big spoons Oil or u can use ghee 1 tsp Black cumin seeds for 1 plate dal that you order in restaurants or hotels 1 tsp turmeric powder I used little turmeric at the time I boiled dal also 2 tbsp Red chilly Paste chilly paste ( 5 – 6 red kashmiri chilly soaked overnight or boiled in water & turned into paste using little water) grind it to paste in mixy and u can store it in fridge for couple of days also In paste of this u can also use dry kashmiri red chilly powder 2 tsp also kashmiri red chilly powder is not spicy and it enhances colour of your dish restaurant and hotel chefs also prefer kashmiri red chilly powder instead of degi chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp ginger garlic paste with garam masala powder ginger garlic and garam masala together grinded to paste using little water and oil ginger garlic and garam masala together
