Welcome to my youtube channel Today we are going to make chicken Haleem in our Kitchen It is made very tasty I thought to share the way i make it with you guys It is made in less time otherwise it takes a long time I made in large quantity As you know the month of Muharram Ul Haram has started I made this so that you can also send it to your relatives after making it you can also give it fr charity Come Friends Lets start بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ Friends today we are going to make Chicken Haleem The things we require are Take 250 grams of Cracked Wheat I had dipped 250 g of Chickpeas We will boil it in water with salt in pressure cooker I have washed and had dipped Lentils and this is 125 g This is Split Green and Red Lentils and i had dipped these in water before and this is 125 g I have taken one cup rice and i had dipped these for 20 minutes in water Friends whatever i told you guys you are going to boil it in water with half teaspoon salt I will tell the rest procedure later and we can over cook the chickpeas and lentils that would make it easy to grind The chicken is one and a half kg Friends watch my video till end So that you can understand it properly and you will get it in a very little time and this would become your favorite dish Subscribe to my youtube channel my friends like and comment so that we get encouraged I have taken the lentils rice etc in a large pan and there is no need of pressure cooker here We will add one tea spoon salt in it Now we will boil it We will cook the chickpeas in pressure cooker and add salt in it Take as much water as required by the chickpeas If it gets over cooked then it would be much better so dont worry add half tea spoon to the lentils Boil it with half tea spoon turmeric to give it a beautiful color Lets start our delicious Haleem The chickpeas are ready now we will grind these Grind the Chickpea separately I have overcooked it and look how it can be crushed between fingers Let it come to room temperature dont grind lentils when hot We will grind all the things like this We will tell you along so please watch till end بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ Chicken Korma is the second step in Haleem Come friends we will tell you what we will add one and a half table spoon Garam Masala one and a half table spoon Cumin Powder Coriandrum Sativum is 3 Table spoon Friends you can manage the quantity according to your family Garlic Ginger is my homemade You will easily get it on my channel But still i have given its link above You can watch and easily make it Four table spoon 4 Cinnamom Cut 5 to 6 Green Chilli and add inside one and a half table spoon red chilli powder a half tea spoon citric acid will enhance the taste 4 Curry Leaf as you know we added salt in every lentils and boiled We will add half tea spoon of salt and later on can add more if less 2 cup Yogurt We will cook this in pressure cooker you can also use Mutton or Beef but here i am using Chicken with bone because it tastes real good i have taken 500 g Onions We will make it Golden Brown by frying in olive oil We also need 2 cup olive oil for our chicken I have taken four chicken cubes I am telling about the spices which i will add in lentils that we boiled and grinded We will add turmeric and we have already added salt and red chilli power add two table spoon Garlic Ginger Paste add two tablespoon Vinegar adding vinegar would prevent Haleem from getting black We have grinded the lentils add the spices i told you to We will cook the Haleem for about half an hour In this condition if you feel that haleem is viscous then you can add water as required so that Chicken gets mixed well Friends watch the video till the end i will tell you how to make مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّه The chicken is overcooked as we wanted The water inside will make the chicken more thin and better look its breaking just like this We will tell you about the procedure Mash with this So that the chicken breaks and separated into threads This is how we will do it and we can separate the bones if we want as the moisture is with the chicken not the bones If not then you can also place into Haleem like this Depends on you I have placed the Onions in the Boiling Olive Oil and make it golden brown Then we will add them into the chicken It is a delicious recipe do try this By making like this i believe this recipe would become your favorite Onions are getting golden brown right now so we will cook for 2 to 3 minutes more so that they get crispy Our Onions are Golden Brown Let it cool then we will crush and add them into the korma Our Korma is cooked now we will add Onions inside It is now viscous and now add Olive Oil inside it in which we fried Onions Cook properly when Oil is added The scent is beautiful My new friends Subscribe to my channel Like and comment It is cooked now. so add all this into the lentils Haleem is being cooked properly Color is also beautiful. It will take almost 15 min more to cook it. I have taken six tablespoon of lemon juice Im adding a bit of salt because it was a little less So i added one more tablespoon salt inside 3 tablespoon are of chat masala and six lemon juice we will add this الحمد لله Our Haleem is ready Look you will be able to see the threads of Chicken The scent is beautiful Lets dish out الحمد لله Our Haleem is made very tasty It will get viscous when cold I used chicken here as i showed you It is tasty when eaten When we present Haleem we use Crispy brown Onions Lemon Ginger Brown Onions Boiled Egg I have cut it into tiny pieces We add all this in Haleem and then eat I made it in a large quantity you can make it according to your family Take care of yourself and your beloved ones Keep us in your prayers Meet you with another recipe till then اللہ حافظ
