Today we will be eating THIS This is ‘Mala Gambas’ These here are Chinese flower buns I purchased the pre-made package that was in liquid form and added wide Chinese glass noodles to it The flower buns usually come in packs of 5 but I just brought 3 here And I thought it would be cool and refreshing paired with this white kimchi So I brought that over as well And this is hibiscus tea Ahh so refreshing~ It’s been so hot lately right? Its not easy standing in front of the heat But first, The ‘Mala Gambas’ It sure is yummy~ Starting with the Chinese wide glass noodles The Mala flavor is not that strong And from what I know… The Gambas usually has a lot of oil Like this But in this case, the noodles soaked up all the oil So hot! (OMG!) (You know this…) (So what I mean is…) The Mala taste or the Sichuan pepper taste is not that strong But it still has a great Chinese food taste to it! Flower bun~ Tastes best torn apart like this Like this~ Starting with the middle piece Put this on top~ Then the bok choy~ Like this! This one I’m going to put on garlic And white kimchi Squid! Like this King Oyster mushroom White kimchi is delicious See here Lots of Sichuan peppers in here Like this~ and like this Wide noodles that are in here So yummy~~ This is definitely beer food! (Makes you crave beer hehe) This would be amazing with a glass of beer! Only for those old enough to drink! Its a fantastic pair with white kimchi This here I wonder what this is Great for treating guests with Definitely flavors of China in here Right in here~ YASSS I love the taste of the shrimp but the bouncy texture I really love Love it~ De-li-cious~ If you go on to ‘Naver’ and type “Mala Gambas” it will come up This is a surely a ‘delicacy’ “Delicacy”, ‘delicacy’, I think that is an appropriate way to describe this These peppers are savory but, since they are dried, they are very tough to chew Ta-da! I really enjoyed it ‘Mala Gambas’ This was really a delicacy I wasn’t like “Wow this is the authentic Mala taste!” I didn’t feel like that It became sort of a fusion food that was catered to Korean tastes And it also came with some seafood that was very fresh The shrimps were meaty and plump and the squid was very tender It comes with cooking directions and I just followed it exactly as it says All I did was add Chinese glass noodles to it It went so well with the white kimchi I think it was even better because it was cool The hibiscus tea was great too Gonna go now~ BYE!
