How To Make Bulletproof Coffee For Weight Loss – Ghee Coffee Recipe – Keto Coffee | Skinny Recipes

to my channel. Today, I am sharing my version of one of the highly requested recipe for
coffee lovers or for those who like to start your day with a dose of healthy fat; bulletproof
coffee also known as ghee coffee, coconut coffee or simply black coffee with ghee or
coconut oil. Starting your day with a source of healthy fat will keep you feel satiated
for a longer time and hence you will not be hungry, you wont have sugar cravings and it
is good for your gut health, provided you use organic healthy fat. Bulletproof coffee
does not contain milk and can be enjoyed by those who are intolerant to dairy. It helps
to keep you feel fuller and satiated and thus helps in weight loss. So, lets get started
with the recipe. With regard to the healthy fats; you can either choose virgin coconut
oil or A2 desi ghee. I will be showing you two ways to make the coffee. So, the first
method is using the blender jar of your mixie. First, lets brew some coffee and for that
into a cup, add in 1 – 1 1/2 tsp organic coffee powder; you can increase or decrease coffee
powder to suit your taste. Add in 200 ml hot water, stir, and cover and let it sit for
about 1 1/2 to 2 mins; and after 2 mins add the hot black coffee into the blender jar.
Try to use a stainless steel blender. Add in 1 tbsp desi ghee or you can use virgin
coconut oil. Remember the quality of healthy fats are very important in balancing your
hormones and nutrient absorption; especially fat soluble vitamins and also for your gut
health. Now, beginners can start with 1 tsp of desi ghee and slowly increase to 1 tablespoon.
Blend this for about 30-40 seconds and pour the blended ghee coffee into a serving cup
and enjoy as a fat first in the morning. Those on keto diet can also include this in their
diet. You can see that when you stir the coffee, it will look as though milk is added. Enjoy
ghee coffee preferably without added sugar. Also, just to be a little cautious to avoid
spilling of the coffee while blending. Cover the blender lid with a cotton napkin. This
way any unwanted spillage can be avoided. The second method is using a stick blender.
I am using a slightly tall cup and once the black coffee is brewed strain it to the cup.
Add in 1 tbsp virgin coconut oil or you can use A2 desi ghee. Immerse the stick blender
and blend for 30-40 seconds and once blended you can see the cream latte on top. Transfer
this to a serving cup, you can also flavour the coffee with 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder. Cinnamon
also helps to boost your metabolism. So guys, do try my version of bulletproof coffee and
