How To Stop Overeating [FOREVER] | Stop Binge Eating

Hey guys, in this video, I’m going to be
sharing 4 simple eating tricks with you, which will help you quit overeating starting today
itself. Without these tricks, the drastic physical
transformation that I’ve undergone in the recent past would have been next to impossible. It was only two years back that I looked something
like this. And while I am definitely someone who works
hard at the gym, they say it’s 80% nutrition and only 20% physical exercise. And within that 80%, it’s not just about
WHAT you eat, but also HOW you eat what you eat. Because you might typically be eating fairly
healthy foods like Paneer or Peanut Butter, but if you’re eating more than you should
be eating, then that’s definitely going to have an adverse effect on your weight loss
goals. In fact I’d say that if you’re someone
who typically likes eating unhealthy food, if you’re following these 4 steps then you
can still make progress in your weight loss journey. So without further ado, let’s dive into
the 4 simple steps that you can use starting today to quit overeating forever. Number 1: To the extent possible, do not let
someone else determine the amount of food on your plate; determine it yourself. Number 2: Once determined, what I like doing
is keeping the extras back in the kitchen. Even if that means having to later get up
for seconds, you will still be eating more conservatively. You are much more likely to succumb to temptation
when the treat is directly in your line of vision. Number 3: Do not try to bite off more than
you can chew. Savour your food. It takes about 20 mins for the signals from
the stomach to indicate to the brain that the stomach is full and eating fast can give
you a false sense of emptiness. My rule of thumb is to prepare my next mouthful
only when I am done completely chewing my current mouthful. Number 4: Eat more mindfully. Think about how you would feel if you took
one more bite. Remember you want to eat until you are no
longer hungry as opposed to eating until you are full. That’s all for this video. Thank you so much for watching. I really hope that you found the tips
to be helpful and practical. I share similar such useful tips on my channel
