  1. Looks good for the most part, but there is no point in adding the the clams when the potatoes are added, the clams are already fully cooked, so cooking them further only toughens them. Have you tried adding them a the very end just to heat through? They will be much more tender that way.

  2. This clam chowder looks simply amazing. You should have a million more views of this one! I am definitely going to make it for my family. My husband loves great clam chowder! Thank you for sharing this great recipe with us.

  3. Something about your voice is oddly calming even though it shouldn’t be. Like I could listen to you read a story but I wouldn’t fall asleep but I would enjoy it.

  4. Dear Lord, I hope you have some friends and family over, you made a good sized pot of some really tempting 'chowda….

  5. Hi Natasha👐, your my favorite youtuber I watch you all the time your food makes me happy and I made some of your meals. Where's your cookbook and cook 👩‍🍳 show… I'll be watching 👀

  6. If you really like the taste of clams, buy a bottle of clam juice and split that 50/50 with the chicken base/stock( i prefer that rather than chicken broth) and you will get a flavor that is closer to a clam chowder.

  7. Natasha, I just tried the Clam Chowder, excellent, I enjoyed it. I was looking for soup and stew recipes last fall and have tried all yours now.. All were delicious. A question, now the holidays are wrapping up, some people will be looking for low calorie foods to lose some of that holiday weight. Have you ever considered a special place on your webpage for low calorie foods? That Borsch would be a great starter.

  8. Hey Natasa – I immediately subscribed when I saw your Clam Chowder.
Reminds me so much of those cold days of yesteryear when Mom would have a huge pot on the stove waiting for us when we came home from school.
    I have a question.
Is there any chance I could freeze portions of this recipe ? I expect the texture of the potatoes would be lost, but what about the overall flavour ?

    Cheers from Canada.

  9. Hi Natasha, I plan to make this tonight, but don’t have chicken stock. I want to use shrimp stock, will it power the clam juice?

  10. 🇪🇬🇪🇬🇪🇬✌✌✌✌✌✌✌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🌺🌺♥♥♥🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

  11. Neve had this with carrots before until I tried your recipe…omg it really made the soup!!! LOVE your recipes

  12. I really thought Boston is white creamy and New England is Tomatoe based !! …as such I think yours is more of Boston.

  13. Gosh, I love your channel, Natasha. You are a Youtube Star and awesome Chef. Thanks for sharing. I always wanted to know how to make ClamChowder. I love it at restaurants, but it's got too expensive for bowls where I'm at … $7.99 at my favorite place. So, I am going to use your recipe to make it at home. Might not be as exact same taste, but I can perfect it over time.

  14. Add the clam juice with the stock…but do not add canned clams til the soup is done. They are already cooked, and will turn to rubber.
