Hello, everyone. Today’s food is grilled 2 kilograms of freshwater eel. This is a homemade ‘Jangeo Deopbap'(bowl of grilled eel and rice). Put teriyaki sauce on top of rice, sliced onion, spring onion and grilled eels. Pickled ginger, Kimchi. The sauce has two flavors, spicy and mild, and put ‘Cheongyang’ red pepper on top of the sauce. It’s ‘Dongchimi'(water-based radish kimchi) and Coke. Let’s try! It’s grilled eel with salt. There was a lot of savory aroma when I baked eels. It’s very savory and chewy. It’s so good. It’s thick. It tastes savory. I’ll try it with pickled ginger. The eel is very thick. I’ll dip the eel, ‘Cheongyang’ pepper, and pickled ginger into the sauce. This is the tail part of the eel. I ate grilled eel today. The eel was so chubby and thick that it had a good texture. It didn’t smell fishy and tasted savory. I made ‘Jangeo Deopbap’ for the first time today.
