start making Veg Fried Rice. We had boiled one cup rice, half of it was
used and half is left over.Let’s fry them now. Capsicum – 1. Carrot – ½. Tomato – 1. Frozen green peas – ½ cup. Oil – 2-3 tbsp. Green coriander – 2-3 tbsp (minced) Green chillies – 1 or 2 (minced) Ginger paste – 1 tsp. Crushed black pepper – ¼ tsp. Turmeric powder – less than ¼ tsp. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp. Salt – ¾ tsp (according to your taste) Firstly we will cut the vegetables Chop the capsicum. Remove the
seeds, and cut into small pieces. Peel the carrot, cut off its stalk.
Chop the carrot into tiny pieces. We have cut the carrot, now cut the tomatoes into tiny pieces. The pan has heated, put some oil.You
can use ghee instead of oil. The oil is heated, add cumin seeds, green chillies,ginger paste. Add green peas and carrots. Let it fry. Fry for 1 minute in high flame. We’ve fried for 1 minute, now add capsicum. Let the vegetables be crunchy. Don’t let it become soft. Now add the tomatoes. Fry it for 1 minute. Add turmeric powder, salt, and black
pepper.The sabzi is fried now, add the rice. Separate the rice. Put it in the sabzi and mix it. Mix it and stir for 2 minutes. If you want it spicy then add some red chilli powder to it. Vegetable fried rice is ready. Take it out in a plate. Vegetable fried rice is ready to eat! Whenever you feel like eating it. You can make your Veg fried rice, eat it and enjoy it.And
